I owned one in my previous home and had to have another. I love the convenience of the convection microwave oven. I can bake, microwave without using the big oven. I've made cakes, pies, casseroles, in the smaller oven. Can't live without this appliance!!!

This is my second combination wall oven and it works perfectly EXCEPT the reason this is my second unit is the first unit shorted out the controller board as apparently the self cleaning does not operate properly.

We use our oven and microwave often. Love that both the top and bottom can be convection ovens! Great feature. Both are very quiet, cook evenly. Great design. We like that the microwave oven door opens downward instead to the side. We use the microwave everyday and the oven several times during the week. Great value. Hope it lasts for many years.

Disappointing performance

I thought this looked like a great system and allowed me to utilize the space I had with a microwave combination.....To be honest, it's a pretty mediocre system and confusing to use. One of the WORST things about it is that it blows a lot of heat from the bottom onto my cupboards which eventually will harm them....Also, after using the microwave, even for a cup of coffee warm up, the dang FAN keeps on running and never shuts off!...So much for energy efficiency!!! I've complained and my service guy tells me it's normal....I've NEVER had a microwave do this and I have to literally REMEMBER to shut off the fan or an hour later, I'll go into the kitchen and it sounds like it's running!....Shelves are flimsy and blue enamel inside darkens....In short, I wouldn't buy this again....STUPID design......

We love everything about this oven! Even my husband loves using it. It has so many features I've never seen before, like softening butter and even a setting for rising bread dough. It was worth every penny.

The oven is nice but I was really happy to get the convection microwave. I had one in my last home and loved it. It can perform as a second oven when needed. With the fold down door, the only difficulty I have is reaching the back wall of the microwave for cleaning.
