This oven and microwave combination was all we thought it would be. Given the brand quality of KitchenAid products we expected only the best...and we got it ! Easy to use touch pad controls made everyday cooking and baking a breeze. The temperature accuracy and consistency of heat distribution is excellent.
The microwave is easy to use and delivers the same great results every time.
The overall appearance of these all our KitchenAide appliances are beautiful additions to our recently remodeled kitchen.

I am not happy over all with the oven or microwaive...timer and temperature: hard to set timer and oven won't stay set, the convection: food cakes, cookies, pie,casserole all cook arround outside of dish, raw on inside. Takes forever to preheat!!! When open door to insert food temperature drastically drops then it has difficulty reheating!!!! Microwave is too deep, hard to reach, clean. I am not a short woman, but it is too deep for me. If it cooked well it would be ok...but design on top of poor baking is a No recommendation from me. My prior GE was great. I am extremely discusted with this oven. I called service but repairman made no effort, told me to let it breaking period!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Problems with Convection feature in Oven...

I have had service on this unit 2 times, once already to replace a temp. sensor. The problem is that the rear left corner has a severe hot spot (from poor design and placement of the fan) that over-cooks food (burns stuff) using convection. I have had 3 other-brand convection ovens NEVER encountering this issue.
