When I initially purchased this refrigerator, I did not notice that the shelves were not adjustable. The shelves are fixed and can not be moved up or down. The only adjustability is with the door bins.I was initially irritated that a refrigerator this expensive, did not have the most basic shelf adjustments. Over the last few months I have found that the fixed shelves are actually well thought out and the need to adjust the shelves is not necessary. The usable space in this refrigerator is incredible.I have owned this unit for 6 months now and it has performed flawlessly. If you have are not considering this unit because of the shelf adjustability, take another look. There is not 1 ounce of wasted space. It takes some getting used to but it is worth it.

The ice maker is very noise and until I got use to the noise it would startle me. I was disappointed that I was unable to apply cabinet panels to the doors.

Nice to look at....but some issues

This is a very neat looking fridge especially because it looks built in. We have a 40ft fifth wheel and this unit certainly contributes to the residential feel of our home on wheels. Unfortunately we have had some issues with the ice maker working inconsistently. We recently had some warranty work done to correct the problem and discovered that the ice maker filler mechanism came loose creating an air flow leak which caused the filler tube to freeze up. The repair person re attached the tube and it appears to be working better, however still not getting as much ice as expected. The design of the filler tube attachment needs to be reviewed as it was difficult to get attached and should not have come loose in the first place. The repair person also caulked around several gaps near the doors.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

got the counter depth and it was perfect for the spot in the kitchen. Expected to pay more but it was a great value and looks good. easy to clean.

Overall the fridge is good. The panel on the freezer door keeps popping off. I have had it serviced once but need to call them back as it popped off again. Other than that it works good, looks nice and is a slim design.

This product has lots of great features. There are LED lights and see thru bins throughout so food doesn't end up rotting in the back of the fridge. The shelves are not as deep, because the door shelves are deeper than the ones my old fridge had. That feature actually made it easier to get into my narrow doorway and the fridge has more space overall. I am disappointed that there was no way to get a model without an icemaker. My fridge is not located near a water source, so it is a big waste of space. However, there is sufficient room for basic frozen goods for my family of 7. I would need a second freezer though to be able to accommodate extra food prep holiday time.

Love this counter depth frig!

We purchased this refrigerator in black after having a Frigidaire delivered several weeks prior. The Frigidaire counter depth was so noisy! It made such a constant clicking noise that we returned it and purchased the Whirlpool after talking to friends who loved their Whirlpool frigs.This frig is so quiet, looks very nice, deep shelves, wonderful ice cube maker in which you can just pull a drawer type container down to retrieve ice cubes if you don't want to use the front panel.The front panel is very nice. So many features, we haven't even used them all.We would DEFINITELY recommend this frig, and we looked at about every counter depth frig currently on the market.
