Although the quality of the product is not very good - I have a shelf that already broke and a drawer that cracked in half.

The refrigerator is attractive outside and inside, good size

I like the textured finish on the outside of unit. The utility trays are excellent.the unit is quite. it has wheels making easy to move as needed.i would recommend the same refrigerator to someone

Have had several service calls

I'm disappointed in this product due to all the service calls since I purchased just a few months ago. First problem was it was so loud. Got this fixed by repairmen. Then water dispenser problem in water barely came out and water was leaking in refrigerator and ice collected in vegetable drawers at bottom. Repairmen replaced part, but water still wouldn't dispense properly. Repairmen came out again to replace reservoir that didn't defrost. That was just this week, so hopefully this will be the last service call for quite some time. I have had to make six trips home during my workday for the service calls, which I find unacceptable for a new product. I have been with Whirlpool in the past, but this time was not impressed.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Love my new refridgerator. Only issue we've had is getting the left side door to close easy (kids). They sometimes don't push it enough, or think it will close on its own like the right side door does. I find the left door not closed all the way often.

I like the way it keeps our food cold. I like being able to have crushed ice. I also like how well it makes ice. I would recommend this refrigerator to my friends.The color is perfect for our kitchen. It matches all of our appliances.It fits perfectly where we had our old refrigerator.
