Great microwave/wall oven combo

I hate this oven!

When finally getting our kitchen remodeled I chose this microwave oven combo because I had the previous model of it in my kitchen and loved it. Wrong choice! If I could beat this oven with a hammer I would and I will when I save enough to replace it. It takes 25-30 minutes to preheat to 375 to bake cookies. I can have the cookies made and the whole kitchen cleaned and I'm still waiting for this beast to heat up. And heaven forbid you ever decide to make a temp change, it can be 375, you decide you want 400 and it starts back at 330 and takes another half hour. I am to afraid to self clean because I've read all the horror stories so it really wasn't worth paying for that function. All in all I HATE THIS OVEN.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
