I have not had this oven very long so I am still learning all the cooking choices. However, both the oven and the microwave are noisy.....can't figure out why I can hear them both while they are working.
Takes a long time for the oven to heat up but when it cooks the food it does a great job. Biscuits are perfect......

Purchased this product as an oven replacement in our previous home. Liked it so much, especially the microwave, that we purchased it again in our home when we moved to another city.
Huge complaint......the oven takes far too long to preheat and takes far, far, far too long to cool down. Fan continues to run for sometimes almost two hours after the oven is turned off. Very annoying and uses too much electricity.
Pros: Convenient Features, easy to use, Design

I ordered all of my kitchen aid appliances around this conventional oven/microwave/oven and it was the best decision that I made for my newly remodeled kitchen. It is absolutely gorgeous and so easy to use. My entire kitchen is brand new but everyone seems to take notice to this beauty!!!

Fans very noisy

I bought appliance among four others from KitchenAid about 5 months ago, I am happy with the looks and features. Convection oven cooks great but fans are very noisy. It appears that fan shaft got loose and wable making high annoying noise. Not very happy with reliability of product.

We are noticing some variation in the cooking with the microwave. Sometimes 2T of butter melts in 20 secs and a couple times it hadn't melted in a minute??!! Need to speak to KitchenAid about this.
