Great product, installation instructions need work

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This product works very well and has excellent features. I would say that if you're installing it yourself, the location of the electrical box and the clearance underneath it is very important, which should be highlighted in the installation instructions. The installation materials do say that the connection will need to be made at the bottom of the box, but it should also say that there needs to be 6-12" of clearance underneath the box as well because the armored cabling will not bend at too great of an angle, which could then run into the back of the unit and keep it from installing flush.

Being an empty-nester, I have down sized to a home where it was necessary to replace the built-in microwave/oven combination. There is absolutely nothing that I do not like about my new KitchenAid combo. The 900W microwave has every possible fine tuning capability; I love the drop down door rather a side open. Having had a large double oven for 40 years I was extremely concerned about having only one (1) oven. I was wasting my worry!! The 30" convection oven with four racks has met every challenge, baked, roasted, broiled every food item to perfection. My grandsons love programming the space age control panel which allows combination of instructions and precise cooking temperatures and times. I love this unit; the best money I have ever spent! And it cleans itself!
