Looks beautiful and all the functions you need. Easy to use. Love the blue enameled interior. Cleanup is a breeze. Cooks evenly. Preheating seems to be a little longer then I was expecting. Overall it is a superior product.

Is it possible to bake without convection?

This oven has one button for "bake" and a different button for "convect bake". I expected that the "bake" mode would cook without the convection fan and the "convect bake" mode would cook with the convection fan. Since installing this oven I have sadly learned that the convection fan stays on for both "bake" and "convect bake" modes of cooking. Is appears to be impossible to bake without convection. Is my oven a defect or is this oven poorly designed?
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I love the large oven with three racks. It preheats quickly and cooks evenly on convection or regular oven. The microwave reheats, defrosts and cooks food nicely. The fan on the regular oven is a little louder when preheating, but this is in no way a big deal. I would recommend this!

I bought this Oven/Microwave a month ago so I haven't had it long enough to know everything about it, the oven is very nice, although it takes some getting use to with the temperature settings, and the manual isn't much help, the microwave is really nice, a huge upgrade from my old combo.

We love the appearance of the unit and all the whistles and bells the unit has to offer. I agree it takes longer to heat up but that has not been an issue for us. It has cooked everything perfectly. The instructions are invaluable to read to get the most out of this unit. Now that we have all KitchenAid products everything matches perfectly. We are very happy with our purchase.

I'm an old dog and this oven definitely had a learning curve. I found the online videos very helpful, as were the customer service folks, who I called several times. There are MANY wonderful features to this oven, but it did take me a while to catch on - now that I'm more familiar w some of the settings and options, it is really cool ----21st century cooking for sure!

Bought these a couple of months ago. The oven takes almost 15 mins to reach 350 degrees. The unit is extremely loud. Microwave fan remains on after the time is up until you take the food out. Oven generates too much heat and noise. My 12 year old KitchenAid warmed up faster than this unit and made no noise whatsoever. I honestly feel ver disappointed with this purchase. Even worse, I had a custom tower extension built in my kitchen just to house this unit. Very unsatisfied and disappointed. KitchenAid doesn't live up to the quality it used to have.
