Great looking, sturdy and well built, stainless steel oven racks are well made and substantial, fan noise is minimal, convection cooking features are wonderful, microwave and oven cooking options are superb. Purchased February, 2015.

I wish i had done the double oven and microwave drawer but for the price difference this is great. Still getting use to the oven going from gas to electric after 27 years. Try some test baking out first until you were your oven in but my roasts are beautiful and the sensor is a must use

We decide to upgrade to KitchenAid appliances for our new home. The controls for the microwave and oven are complicated and we have ended up turning the oven off several times while putting something in the microwave simultaneously. Once, while baking cookies, the oven randomly said we needed to check the temperature probe - which we weren't even using. We had to shut the oven off and turn it back on to get rid of the message. I have to keep the manual handy just to figure out how to work the controls. I have had Whirlpool cooking appliances my whole life and never had the frustration I have had with this unit since we had it installed.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
