This Duet front load washer has performed very well. We have owned it since May 2014 and have not had any problems. On average we run 1-2 loads laundry per day so it has had a fair workout on nearly all the cycle options. I particularly like the auto detergent dispense feature that takes the guess work out of that process and is less wasteful than I was. A few things to remember 1) run the refresh or other recommended cleaning through the washer when requested, 2) clean the door every so often (per instructions) or it may leak a little until you clean it and 3) we leave our door ajar to avoid any moister build-up between loads.

I love the detergent dispenser!

The detergent dispenser is awesome. I fill it up and the machine does the rest. I don't use nearly as much detergent as I did with my other machine and there's no mess from spills. Clothes are cleaned really well. I love the push button technology - has nice sounds too!

I've been using my washer for two weeks, I had a lot of clothes accumulated because we sold the old washer and was waiting for this one. I thought I had to read the entire manual to start using it but once I saw the interface and tried a couple of options I realized how easy to use it this washer. I also like the he detergent dispenser, the machine takes care of the amount required which is awesome.

When my husband wanted to buy front end loaders I was completely against it after all the negative things I have heard,but after looking at the reviews posted we got them and I am in love with the set, We got the dark grey pair they look very elegant and I am able to wash a large amount of clothes that are cleaner than my other washer was as well as not using as much detergent.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I hadn't purchased a washer and dryer for years, so I still had a top loader. This machine is a joy to use. My 18 year old son even likes using it! Our clothes come out looking great and no more back pain lifting wet, heavy clothes out. I am so happy I made this purchase.

Love everything about this set, They are both so quiet when running.Great that it senses the size of the load automatic. So many featuresto choose from and the musical tones it plays are a delight!
