Second Duet I have owned this one is even better than the first. We got 11 years of hard work out of the other and thought it would be best to put the money into a new one.

Great product, but ...

This would be a great washer if only it used enough water to rinse the clothes properly. Even with the extra rinse feature and as little detergent as possible, (one teaspoonful), it leaves a greasy residue on the clothes.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Bought this machine about 4 months ago and it has made doing laundry so much easier! Great features; especially love the automatic detergent dispenser and the steam feature.

I Love this W/D set!

Great performance even on large/bulky loads. I love the sanitize cycle and allergen reduction cycle. The washer spin cycle is so quiet I almost forget it is running until the end cycle signal reminds me. I feel like I use less detergent with the precision dispense but without sacrificing cleaning ability, so I am saving on detergent cost. I appreciate the washer cleanse cycle with afresh which keeps down hard water buildup and smell down as with other front loaders.

A Great Upgrade To Our 15-year Old Set

The Precision Dispense Ultra is a fabulous feature. We've only add soap three times since we purchased it a month ago. Just put in your clothes and adjust the dial. We were worried about it being too tall to fit underneath our cabinets when on top of the matching pedestal; but both units attached together are shorter than the combined individual heights.

Laundry that is fresh and not beaten to death.

I have so many options from which to choose that I never have a problem deciding how to wash something. Towels no longer come out like they have been trampled. Delicates look undisturbed but clean. I can change options easily if I need to do so. My laundry comes out clean but still fluffy. And it doesn't BEEP! It gently signals it is finished. Someone who really does laundry must have designed this washer.We bought the new grey and love it.
