Great looking and features galore

I bought this to replace a 12-year old washing machine.The unit works great and looks good. I have not used the steam feature, so I can't comment on that yet. The only thing that took me a few weeks to figure out was the dispenser function. I was pleasantly surprised to know that I no longer had to measure the detergent but the washer would figure out how much was needed. This is a great feature and I am really enjoying that convenience. I also purchased the matching dryer and the units look very classy and elegant. Not something I would have thought to say about a washer and dryer.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I bought these set a month ago and I have nothing bad to say about them other than I'm enjoying them, my clothes is coming out so fresh, my comforters and sheets makes me want to change my bedding every other day.

This is the second washer I have purchased from Whirlpool. I was not disappointed with my first. It's performance and durability was more than I expected. I am now relocating and decided I would purchase a new washer and also a dryer. Well needless to say family and friends came scrambling to see if I would be taking my washer with me, which is 17 yrs old. I had to decide who would get it. Do you think I would buy any other machine other than a Whirlpool? Technology has progress over the years and Whirlpool is leading them all. And it looks good too. I LOVE MY NEW WASHER

Excellent washer

I love this machine! It really does "think" for itself. As long as I add laundry soap, it "decides" how much to use based on the load size. I like that there are multiple wash temps, not just hot and cold, and multiple spin speeds for spinning various types of laundry. My only con would be that loads can take a long time to wash - over an hour in most cases (though this is a 4.3 cu ft washer). There is a "quick" wash cycle that takes about 30 min if you do need something washed quickly, but I don't think I'd fill the washer with clothes for this cycle.

This machine is unbelievable. Whirlpool did a phenomenal job designing this washer and they didn't hold anything back. Very sleek and user friendly
