Great features and excellence in design leads to ease of use

Of all the washers that we have bought over the last 25 years, this model has all the dream features, performance and ease of use. Precision dispenser is my favorite feature in that we do not have to worry about filling the HE soap for every load, the machine does the smart job. Add to that Fan fresh option lets me keep the clothes in the washer and still feel fresh when they are out

Beautiful and Quiet

I love this washer because it's very quiet, large enough to do a full set of sheets and towels and other things all in one load, and it has nifty features like an automatic detergent dispenser. The only thing I wish it had was a reversible door. In my house it needs to be to the right of the dryer.

I love this machine, it's quite, has many functions I wanted and the inovative style is beautiful. The Presision Ultra automatic liquid dispenser is another plus. All the areas in the dispenser are clearly marked so too much product is never and issue.This washing machine is easy to use and if you needed to check on a procedure the written instructions are very easy to follow. I have been very happy with the performance for all types of laundering. I'm doing less ironing due to the great performance of this washer. It senses what type of laundering is needed without my having to press many buttons or rotate dials. Wish I could have had a machine like this years ago. In addition to all the above I'm saving on energy. Who could want more? Well maybe someone to do the folding for you.

I'm pretty happy with my new washing machine. Two problem I have is cycles are very long (59 minutes for a regular cycle). There's also no small load feature so if I'm washing 2 sweaters the cycle is still 59 minutes.

Having a gentle cycle is important to me, to preserve my clothes. The'medium' spin cycle is too vigorous, but the 'slow' spin cycle leaves the clothes dripping wet. Also, at the end of the cycle, the clothes are usually all balled up. I was told to leave the soap drawer open after using the washer, so the inside of the compartment won't grow mold, but I don't like doing that.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

We received this washer a month ago and have been very happy with it. It has lots of features we haven't tried yet but the basic wash works very well. Am particularly impressed at the high speed spin -- the clothes spend less time in the dryer.
