A great machine. When the spin cycle ends, clothes are practically dry.

Mostly all is good! I seem to do less loads of laundry as you can wash a ton of clothes in one load.Energy efficiency is important to me so I like that about this product!I like the design/style.I really do NOT like the feature of adding 12 loads of soap at once, really now, how arduous is it to add soap every load? Not very... plus I use different soap for different types of laundry loads, so this feature is useless to me. So I removed the cartridge that measures out the soap for you, but now I have to override an error message every time I start the washer.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Best washer on the market

I have been using the steam washer and dryerfor about 3 weeks now and fine it one of the best. It does all the work for you, it sets itself, no effert on my part. I love to use the steam refresh cycle, it saves on the life of a garmet. Would recommend this washer and dryer

I love this washer! The automatic detergent dispenser is unbelievably convenient and the settings are foolproof. Even my 2nd grader can do her own laundry. Amazing!The capacity is huge. I have cut the number of loads I do weekly in half.This washer is worth every penny.

Automatic liquid detergent dispenser is very convenient. High speed spin dry wrings more moisture from clothes resulting in a much shorter dryer cycle. Machine is quiet and smooth operating.. Washer is very gentle on the clothes while doing an excellent cleaning job..

This is my first Whirlpool Brand. We have always bought the same competitors brand over the years. We had recently moved and again bought the same Brand we always do. We ran into a problem with the drum of the dryer being warped on 3 different units. We ended up calling a couple appliance repair shops. They informed us that the brand that we had trusted over the years was the one they make the most money on for repairs. They recommend Whirlpool. We went back to the store and they where nice enough to let us exchange them for the whirlpool. We have had the pair for almost a year now. We have 7 people in the home. There isn't a day that we don't use them. We have put them thru the wringer and have had no problem with there performance. They have wonderful features and are very quite. I would recommend a Whirlpool to anyone. If your not convinced pick up the phone and call an appliance repair shop near you and just ask them who keeps them in business and what brand would they buy....

Great duet

This is the second duet we have owned, and I am so thrilled with this new one...I love that a load of clothes can be done in 26 minutes and come out almost dry and only need 34 minutes in the dryer!....I can now do a load of clothes in an hour and wouldn't use any other machine. I am short and love that the pedestal comes in so handy and don't have to bend over and reach for anything. Great purchase again!
