Bought this a few months ago and love it. Great machine, only gripe would be the spin cycle is loud on super spin.

Very nice washer.Pros: Clean clothes great, short wash cycle, fan fresh feature, bulk dispense.Cons: Had a plastic part inside the washer break in the first week of use. Whirlpool sent a technician promptly to repair.Wish list: Bulk dispense is a great feature but wished it was a little larger. Fan fresh feature is nice. Air movement is not enough to dry clothes but will keep them from getting stinky. I think a larger fan could do a better job and might even dry the clothes.Very satisfied with my purchase.

I purchased this washer to replace an existing front load. I love the ability to know my clothes are coming out cleaner and more fresh with the auto dispense feature. Our clothes have never looked so good. With our other high efficiency washer the clothes were still coming out feeling soapy and with this it takes out the guess work plus I am able to wash more at one including large comforters.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I am impressed with the performance of these machines. It's amazing how they are so stable when going thru the spin cycles. Great products. The only negative I found was in the installation. It became very difficult to get the power cord and hoses connected when using the stands. Very little room at the top with cabinets making it very tight.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Only had for a month, so can not comment on longevity of product, however, so far so good. One thing that bothers me is the precision dispenser seems to use a lot of detergent and once the cycle is done, the detergent drawer is ajar from the machine. I stopped using the precision dispenser so I could monitor how much detergent is being used. Clothes come out clean, and still need to test really bad stains on it to see how well it cleans. Nice to be able to wash blankets and the clothes just a little damp, so not as much drying time is needed.

I love this washer. We have 4 children ages 17 - 6 and always have LOTS of laundry. I can wash large loads in a great amount of time and the clothes come out very clean. I have a son that plays competetive baseball and his white pants always ended up looking dingy no matter how much I pretreated, bleached and oxyed them. When I got this new machine I decided to wash last years dingy, stained pants to see what would happen. I did not pretreat the stains and washed them on the steam setting. The pants came out looking brand new. This machine is great! Pricey but worth it!

Our unit has truly performed as recommended by all of the sales personnel when we were shopping for a Whirlpool. Truly amazed by the ease of operation, and quality of service. The best unit all-around.

This ist he first non Kenmore product i have owned.....this washer is very easy to use with its soft touch digital display and has a very large capacity....
