I'm glad I did my research and purchased these! I needed a washer to get clothes clean since my husband works outside in dirt / grim / mud you name it. They come clean every time! They are very quiet when running. We have our washer / dryer stacked. They don't feel cheap and the precision dispenser for the soap is very handy. Well worth the money!

Excellent product but take longer duration

Take little detergent, no room for new detergent cubes so you need to put with your cloth, very roomy accommodate all our 5 family members cloths

I bought this front load washer in February and it has exceeded my expectations. It's got all the bells and whistles I needed and does a great job of cleaning our clothes. It's more energy efficient because it adjusts the time and amount of detergent needed based on what you're washing. I'm a huge Whirlpool fan!

This washer replaced a smaller duet that I gave the kids. My favorite feature is the auto fill soap dispenser. Just wish it held even more soap and that the machine also had an automatic softener dispenser also.

I did not realize how badly my clothes were being treated with my old washing machine. I love all the washing choices now and my clothes smell so much cleaner with less products. The yellow deodorant and sweat wrings under the arms on my husbands T-shirt, colored or white, are gone!! Are you kidding me, I would spray, rub, and add products to his t-shirts and the old washer could never make them disappear. The quite of the new washer is such a pleasant difference from the old one. Even the finish washing alert bell is pleasant The automatic detergent dispenser is such a nice feature too.

Everything I hoped for

Overall great product, clothes come out clean & it's very easy to use. As a bachelor, it?s nice to just throw clothes in and not mess with detergent on every load. Presets work great, I?ve never had the mildew smell or clothes that needed the extra rinse like some frontload washers seem to have issues with. Steam features are awesome, and is nice to have when a child or dog makes the ultimate mess. I only wish two minor features were part of it, neither a deal breaker by any stretch. 1) Control panel lockout prevented small children from simply touching the power button thus stopping and resetting a load mid cycle even when "locked" I?m sure it?s a safety decision, but there has to be a solution. 2) A save option to remember custom adjustments to settings. It's somewhat annoying to select extra rinse or a preferred spin speed every time, but still very easy..

We purchased the Duet washer over 6 months ago and I love them. I love the sleek appearance, ease of use, and quietness. The automatic soap dispenser makes life easy too. I highly recommend this product to others.
