The cook top is aesthetically appealing but too difficult to use and virtually impossible to keep clean. I had not purchased a cooktop in many years and I am bewildered that the letters and numbers on the knobs are still too difficult to easily read and not intuitive to easily follow. How can it be possible that the surface of these cooktops has not improved at all. Innovation is obv

The double burner is larger than on my previous Jenn air and I love it. I can use some of my pots that I could not use before. The control knobs have great heat adhustment settings. Also, this cooktop heats up quickly and cools down quickly when you dial,down.

We bought the 30 inch in Sugust of this year as a new appliance in a kitchen remodel. WE have only had it for 2 months, but so far, we like it. We've had to get used to keeping up the black surface as it shows every little splash from a frying pan or a cook pot, but it looks so nice in our kitchen that, at least now, we are very happy with it!
