Very responsive, but not maintenance free

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This replaced a 30 year old electric cooktop. It heats quickly. Only after purchase did I research things like possible burn spots if sugary substance spills on heated area. Also had to find a solution for scratch marks from flat bottom stainless steel cookware (recommended type). I am a very light user and gentle cook. Also saw a section in the owners manual that extra care is needed for canning. Just didn't know about all these 'high maintenance' considerations before purchase. Beautiful. Even when I have to dust it daily! Still a great upgrade when electric is the only cooktop option. Just have to think about working around this space now, not letting heavy object drop (could crack), etc.

I agree with others my 15 year old cooktop was easier to both use and clean
I’m so unhappy with this I wish it could be returned or exchanged for another one
We purchased all new appliances and so far only the dishwasher is great

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love the even heat and ultra low settings for sauces and simmering. Dual ring burner great foot over sized stock pot and frying pan. Sleek look with stainless steel accents. A little bit tough to clean if burned on food.

Previous Kitchen Aid had a safety issue!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Remodeled kitchen and got appliance deal. The cook top has all the features I wanted. Its small, but the 36 inch would not fit. Still having trouble adjusting the elements to the proper heat. Very touchy and many options
