This cook top is just what the Dr. ordered. The simmer feature does just that, simmer. And the even heat burners are better than advertised. Melting butter on the stove top no longer spatters everywhere but nicely melts in a reasonable amount of time. Sturdy knobs and easy clean up make this a true winner.

Happy with this cooktop. Performance, size, features, etc. The only missing component is that the hot surface indicator doesn't tell you which part is hot. Or parts are hot. It would be a small upgrade to include multiple "hot lights" so someone helping in the kitchen would be able to 'see' and not just 'feel' where the heat was just a few seconds ago.
