I got this washer for the tack building, and I wash horse blankets all the time. It's great! The large capacity is just what I was looking for.

We don't use the cold water dispenser. The water doesn't seem too cool, but the ice dispenser is right next to it so there is an easy solution. We have been very pleased with all our Whirlpool purchases at Henry's, Springfield, IL.

Good, but not great for size and features

Just purchased in Aug, 2014, this model was "built" in 2012. Could not guarantee what model year we would actually get (we needed a white one and had to be shipped from another store), but we were told it would be " identical" to the as one in showroom, which it is. Location of ice maker in freezer eliminates about 1/5 of storage space of our previous one, (2 shelves less). The water dispenser on front is positioned awkward in that almost every time we get a glass of water, we dribble water down the door! Lastly, the drawers do not glide smoothly for meat/cheese and veggie keepers. They feel like there are rough edges, but on inspection, they feel smooth, just do not "glide smoothly". Hopefully, overall this model will serve us well for many years to come and the little inconveniences will be trivial.

Whirlpool makes good appliances. I have their washer & dryer and love it. I might design the freezer side a little different. I love the crispers ,

Good ol' Whirlpool

We needed a fridge for a new home. I knew I wanted Whirlpool from experience and internet research. When I walked in to our local appliance store, I asked for the best brand they had and the immediate reply was, "Whirlpool." It took a few days to dial in the temperature and humidity, but the humidity controls on the box and drawers were a help. I really prefer the dual ice and water controls; they are much handier than mono controls. I wish the water dispenser put out cool water instead of room temp water, but that is a minor issue. The larger 25 cu ft size means more freezer space than we had in our last one, too. Overall, I am satisfied I bought Whirlpool.
