[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I read every review I could find on every upper end oven out there. This oven surpassed everything I read! I'm not sure why some people don't like it but I think it is not only beautiful but cooks really great. As with any new appliance there is some adjustments to be made but certainly nothing earth shattering. I think that this is the highlight of all of my new appliances and would HIGHLY recommend this oven to anyone who loves to cook.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Having limited space in a recent kitchen remodel required buying an oven with small dimensions. This Kitchen-Aid 27 inch Convection Double Wall Oven delivered the most interior space with a seamless installation. The blue interior is not only eye poppingly beautiful, but easy to clean. I love having three shelves that fit my cookie sheets!
Features are easy to use and I especially enjoy the "bread proofing" feature. This past Thanksgiving meal was a breeze to fix! It's a quality product that I look forward to using for many years to come! I actually enjoy cooking and baking again!

The fan is loud, yes, but not any louder than a bathroom ceiling fan/vent (can be ignored easily, way more quiet than over the range vent). It does stay on for a while after use (avg 30-45 min?) but the thing has no exhaust (not a gas oven) so how else is it supposed to cool down and prevent a fire or damage to the cabinets. Super easy install. BE CAREFUL w/doors. Stainless steel is malleable and due to poor transportation by the installing company both doors have bents on them from the dolly bands (Pacific Sales will be repairing this). The two ovens are beautiful. Only wish they had a "warming oven" or "keep warm" feature, that the lights (top and bottom oven) operated independently, and that it would turn off on its own (maybe it can and I just have not figured out how).
