[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] THIS WAS PURCHASED WITHIN THE PAST 4 OR 5 MONTHS. MY HAS BEEN HOSPITALIZED BUT I HAVE USED IT AND I LIKE IT. THE HEAT SEEMS TO BE EVEN AND CONSTANT. PRETTY EASY TO OPERATE BUT I DO HAVE TROUBLE WITH THE TIMER. I BELIEVE I COULD WRITE A BETTER MANUAL. BUT WHAT DO I KNOW, I AM JUST A HOUSEHUSBAND UNTIL MY WIFE HEALS.

I like the oven but am having trouble with preheating. It takes 20-25 minutes to preheat to 400-425 degrees. I am having a service tech come to see what the problem is.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have not had an opportunity to use very much, because it is our vacation home, but the few times used, it was very easy to operate. It heated up faster than my old one and look is very good in my kitchen. I love the inside coloring, I hope it is easy to keep clean. The dials are very user friendly.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We got this oven just before Thanksgiving so have had the opportunity to use it often. Generally, it cooks better than the 8 year old GE Profile that we had. It does take a long time to heat up. In baking homemade pizza, it takes 35 minutes to go from room temp to 550 degrees. However, experience shows it makes a better pizza as the pizza stone heats up more thoroughly and cooks the dough quicker and crispier.
I have yet to figure out how to use the timer as just a timer, in general. I use the microwave one which seems my only option. I trying to use the timer after starting something to bake, I, unknowingly, canceled the oven heating and had a very raw roast after 40 minutes.
The first turkey proved exciting a couple of times. The oven racks tip down at the most extended point. I wasn't ready for this and instinctively reached to grab the roaster pan that I thought was falling off the rack (with the rack). I have to say even though I know what to expect now, I don't like the tipping action at the very end of the extension.
One last minor point. We installed the a new Kitchenaide microwave above the wall oven. The two digital time read-outs are difference brightnesses and clarities. The microwave is bright and clear while the oven is dim and fuzzy. I looks odd. Like they were made by different manufacturers.
