I purchased my new whirlpool convection oven glass top stove a month ago and absolutely love it. It looks sleek and stylish. The convection cooks great and it took very littl time adjusting to it. I highly recommend this model to all.

We had this stove for a month now and I am completly satisfied with the product. It has all the features promised and the temperature is very accurate. It also fits well in my new kitchen. Good job Whirlpool!

Not what I expected from Whirlpool

We bought this oven about a month ago. We got rid of our perfectly good Whirlpool range and refrigerator to upgrade to stainless. Loved our last range. We had it for 13 years and the only we ever had to replace were the plastic things that held the glass in the door. It was in pristine shape. The smooth cooktop never scratched.Because we were so pleased with the old range we decided to go with Whirlpool again. We have always preferred Whirlpool appliances. First the good: It seems to cook very evenly. I like the variety of burners. The oven size is great. Now the bad: The very first time I cooked with it I slid a glass dish across the cooktop and scratched it. To say I was disappointed is an understatement. My old one never scratched. I knew the bottom drawer was shallow from what I read in the reviews so that was not a surprise. But what was a surprise was that it is very flimsy. Seems very cheap. I wish I had actually looked closer at this range. There is very little stainless visible on the top half of the range where the dials are. It's basically just a strip of stainless attached to a black range top. When you look at it you see mostly black.When shopping for appliances we looked at several refrigerators and decided against Whirlpool because they seemed to be put together with cheaper materials than others and the cost was the same or more. We ended up with a Samsung fridge. We really tried to go all Whirlpool but just couldn't. We wish we would have looked closer at this range. We would not buy it again.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Burner controls

I wish that the diagram for the burner controls were in color so it would be easier to see which control is for which burner.
