We purchased this oven about two months ago and I absolutely love it! It looks amazing, and works really well. I was worried it would take a long time to heat up, since our last over did. I have to say that I would suggest pre-heating early because it does take some time, but it is faster than my previous oven. It cooks evenly and I am so happy we made this purchase.

This oven is the future of baking. It has special features like bake time control; the oven shuts itself off after the set amount of time. I had to read the manual to utilize all the features of this appliance, but that was not the usual boring chore. Well written manual eases you into full use. Because of Sabbath Mode, I have already recommended this oven to my Jewish friends. I chose Kitchenaide instead of a higher priced brand and I do not regret it. A wonderful appliance.
Pros: Performance, sabbath mode, Design, Innovative, Convenient Features
Cons: reading the manual is important to utilize feature

This oven tends to run hotter than I am used to and I have adjusted temperatures down for most dishes by 5 - 10 degrees. I takes some time to pre-heat but bakes evenly and efficiently once at the desired temperature. Very nice appliance.
