This is a great product. only thing i would change is the delete button on the touch keyboard. that being said, i would buy another one even if it wasn't changed. this is everything i want in a computer... it is like a giant tablet you can't unplug!

I am extremely impressed with the overall performance of the All-in-One HP Envy 20. It's capabilities, including the touch screen monitor and Windows 8, simply add to my positive attitude. Set up took about 30 minutes from start to finish. The written directions need to be a bit clearer in descriptions of where the wireless USB is located and that the mouse needs to have a tab pulled from the battery compartment before it can work.
I would recommend this to a friend!
