This scale is perfect. Everything about it is great. It’s very easy to use, I didn’t even have to read any instructions, there are just 2 buttons. An on/off and then the grams and ounces. So easy, perfect size and weight and easy to clean. Just awesome and highly recommend it!

Great scale! I use this to measure my ingredients when making wild yeast sourdough. It lets you zero out your bowl before and after each of the three ingredients for simpler measuring. I have it measure in grams, but it also measures in oz.
