[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] How can you go wrong with a payday? Answer, you can’t. I love the sweet, salty, crunchy, chewy, amazing flavor of a payday bar. It’s the perfect combination of all my favorite things. This is my go to sweet treat!

Losing its luster

I've been buying Payday candy bars for decades, and its losing its luster. They've started using inferior products. More specifically they use peanuts that are hard and or roasted to near burned condition. At this rate I expect it will disappear off store shelves due to lack of quality control measures. What else might be getting passed through the food manufacturing systems these days?
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Not the same

It's still passable as food and still good but I just bought 2 payday bars from the gas station and unfortunately both had peanuts in them that were hard/over cooked.

Salt malfunction

I got a few in the Nut Lovers Halloween mix that were so ridiculously salty they were inedible. The amount of salt made them hard & brittle and literally burned my mouth. Never have I experienced such poor quality control from any mass produced candy!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am a first time Hershey's Sampling Box customer, but not new to the Pay Day Snack Size Peanut Caramel Candy Bar that was part of the sample. I haven't a Pay Day Candy Bar in years and I forgot how good this candy bar is. The salted peanuts and caramel is a great mix. I shared this product with my students, and they loved it as well. Pay Day now has new customers. I highly recommend Pay Day Snack Size to share with peanut lovers or to keep them as a treat for yourself.
