This is about my 4th H.P. computer and I am totally happy with the speed and ease of using it. There seems to be an improvement over previous desk tops.

I got the computer that fits my needs at the right price, I took it out of the box and it worked right away, no problems. The only exception being the disk defragmenter accessed out of the HP SUPPORT assistant, doesnt' work, from what I understand it is a software issue, I'm waiting for hp to solve that problem. I now use the defrag out of accessories. Other than that, I'm very happy with it's performance. It worked just as the salesmen said it would.
I would recommend this to a friend!

The purchase was easy, delivery was 3 days ahead of estimate. Performance has been outstanding running multiple app's with ease.My only regret is that the front USB ports are not powered, but there are 4 in back so its not a huge deal.

I have never owned a HP computer but have owned several others I can say this is the best PC yet and for the price I highly recommened this PC. Also customer service is great !

Not What I Payed For

Payed for high performance! Not what I got,The old system I replaced was and still is just as fast, The only difference is this ones new. I will keep working with this one untill I get it striped down and streamlined but for what I payed for this system it should be ten times faster than a eight year old Dell right out of the box. Sorry Guys!

I was disappointed that I could not order a second drive at the time I configured my PC.
I enjoy the SS drive.
Don't like the whining noise when it wakes up. Don't know why it does that.
Contacting the support chat does not always work.
I have Sony and Dell PC. This is my first HP PC. I am not really sure if I would purchase another HP . Let's see how good the tech support is.
