Over all happy with my new hp desktop. The only thing i notice is the graphics card was low on performance it was a 4.8 on windows aero.
I would recommend this to a friend!

This is my second HP and while my 7 year old HP is still working very well, I wanted to up grade. I've only had my new HP connected for a few days but I'm very happy with it. It is set up to fit my needs and wants.

I got the computer and the monitor never started. I called customer support and after many tests they sent me a new graphics card. I replaced the graphics card and still no picture or anything. I tried the old graphics card in another old HP and had picture. Need whole computer to be replaced. Please call me!!!!!

Decent Value, but not for everyone

Overall, the computer was a decent value and it allows me to get a number of heavy duty applications up and running at once completed. Plus, because it has the latest USB 3.0 format, uploading and downloading information from my external hard drives is very convenient. My one big issue so far is I went with as basic of a model as I could as I didn't have a lot of money to shell out for additional features and the one big problem is the playback of Blu-Ray and some HD video files. The motion is not smooth and stutters a lot which is a huge disappointment. In addition, for some reason, there are moments when it would take a long time for several applications to open.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Great CPU

The only negative review I have about this product is that it automatically includes a 15 month trial of norton antivirus. I already had a copy of norton and when I was ordering it by phone the lady said I couldn't ask for it to not be included (maybe due to some agreement I'm not sure). Otherwise I'm pleased with the CPU and it's components which I chose.
