Dual Monitor System, No Cables

Bought HP system with two monitors that should have been dual monitor capable but did not come with correct cables and HP refused to make it right. Bye Bye HP

I had some trouble with finding 2010 Word, but finally found it. Every electronic equipment is from HP except for my Kindle. HP is a dependable product backed by great service.

Upgrade from 8 year old HP a730n

I kept waiting to upgrade because the old machine kept on going,it still is,
that computer was bullet proof I never had 1 problem with it.That's why the only choice for replacement was an HP.
This new computer is so much more quiet,more stylish,and is so much quicker in all the tasks I use it for. I had considered other model HP's but to build them up to the components offered in this model made them more expensive,love this machine would highly recommend.

I love the speed of my new machine. My old ancient PC moved like a turtle and this one moves like the hare. However the wireless mouse that came with the order doesn't work correctly when I right click. The keyboard is fine. I'm sure you will make this right when I contact customer service. Overall, this has been a great experience. I highly favor HP equipment.

Everything I hoped for!

Computer does everything I wanted. It even surprised me how much faster than my previous computer it is for all of the basics: opening programs, restarting, etc.
The biggest compliment I have is to the HP support team. The primary purpose I bought this for is gaming and I purchased a graphics card from another site and wanted to make sure everything was compatible with my computer (which was en route at the time). I had my doubts about the expertise of HP's customer service, but they went above and beyond my expectations in making sure everything was compatible.
Would definitely recommend this company/site/computer to everyone I know! Thanks.

This is only the fourth computer I've owned since my first one (a Compaq) way back in 1979 or '80.
My son has a 2 or 3 year old HP which I really liked. When my daughter's Apple MAC was having some problems, after many years of good use, I revcommended she swith to an HP laptop. She loves it and likes the Micorsoft Windows 7 system. When my wife replaces her Dell laptop she will be getting an HP laptop. Her Dell has Windows Vista which is abhorrent in oine word.,

The sales lady was real nice and helped me make up my mine. I received my 23" monitor and speakers on time. I received my computer ahead of time.
Hooking everthing up was no problem. Instruction were good and everthing worked great.
I don't like the red light on the front (should have been blue).
I got Excel 2010 home and student. It is a lot different than 2003, but I think I am going to Like it better.
I think this is a good system but for the money I think HP should provide you with software back up disc. If you have problems you will need those disc.
The computer is pretty fast and I like that. My old system was top of the line, but had gotten so slow I didn't want to even get on it.
