Not real pleased

I have had this product for about a month and it has been very frustrating, to say the least.
The photo paper in cassette 1 does not feed properly and I have to constantly fiddle with the tray.
And I have been getting inconsistent results with the photo print quality.

I had a hard time setting up (installing) this printer. It kept telling me I had a paper jam, but I couldn't find one. It kept telling me to install the print cartridges when I already had. Because of these issues it wouldn't print the test page. I just kept at it, and finally it worked. Turned out there must have been a jam, because a creased page with ink on it came out. I will say that I am very pleased with the quality of the color.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Epson XP-600

This is the best small printer for the money. I wanted a printer to print on both sides, and was delighted to find out this one did it automatically! My previous ancient Epson did both sides, but it did every other page and I had to put the pages back in upside down and then it printed the other side. This is soooo much better! Great photo printing too! I love it!
I would recommend this to a friend!

Problems installing

I have had my printer for 5 weeks and still do not have it installed completely. I have a IMAC and that could be the problem. I am so frustrated.

Not happy

I had to get Epson help in order to install. Staff was excellent. It is difficult to load the paper. Reinserting the trays is not easy. Trying to make a simple copy becomes a complicated nightmare. I wish I hadn't purchased it. I will continue to try using it, but Epson lost the ease of operation of all the Epson printers that I have had. It just seems to me that with your expertise you could have maintained ease of operation.

Just purchased and set up unit. Simple to follow instructions. Seems to print very nicely. I wanted a unit that could scan, copy and also the CD printer will come in handy for Demo's that I make. Unit has a small footprint and does not take up too much space. Have not used it to print any photos yet, but I'm sure they will come out nicely.
I would recommend this to a friend!
