XP-600 Printer/Scanner

It is an excellent small printer/scanner. We found it very easy to use. Very good paper handling both in one sided and two sided printing.
The scanner function worked very well on both documents and prints. The color reproduction without any changes by me, was very good, except that the reds tended to copy/print slightly more pink than the original (may have been a result of using less that top grade Epson paper).
I would not hesitate to recommend it to any one for home or small business use.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Initial price was moderate.
Ease of use is good.
Printed photos have excellent color, though often too dark and cropped.
Ink depletes rather quickly.
Overall, I would not buy again, sorry!

I have used the printer about 4+ months and it is great. I have scanned , copied, and most often used it to print. The print quality is excellent, and it has the capability to print on both sides of the page.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Pretty good little printer

I found this printer to be really easy to set up as a wireless. Easy to print from my phone. the missing star is because it's a little more difficult to set up for good quality photo printing. Some critical options seem to be intentionally hidden. However, describing my problem to Epson Tech Service fixed it in less than 5 minutes -- all operator error. Mixed printing on plain paper is great, but glossy prints must be set up correctly.

Nice Printer Thus Far

For me, installation was relatively quick and uneventful, and I'm not a particularly tech savvy person. My only caution would be to make sure that you remove all of the internal packaging, as instructed, before you start. I haven't done any high volume printing yet, but everything seems to be working fine. Scanning is quite simple with my Mac laptop, and copying is fairly straightforward as well. Copy quality, especially color, is outstanding. I also like the sleek and compact design of this printer. It should be noted that it does not have a fax feature, but for my purposes that's not very important. I selected this printer after looking at Consumer Reports online. It was among their top rated printers. Thus far, I'm quite happy with it.

Excellent Printer

Pros: Excellent photo and CD/DVD printer. The graphics printing on the XP-600 is incredible. The duel paper trays is a really good feature. Haven't tried the Wi-Fi printing yet. Also very good quality on the scanner.
Cons: For some reason the printer seems to eat the Photo Black Cartridge really fast. This printer has a Photo Black and a larger Black Cartridge. There should be some firmware update from Epson that would only let the printer use the Photo Black if it is printing a graphics file or photos directly from an SD Card.

Epson 600 Wireless Printer

This printer really does the job....prints great quality color pictures.... It took me a few minutes to find and pull out the appropriate paper trays and a moment to understand the back to back printing feature... but it definitely is a good buy for such a low price... I was skeptical, but I am very satisfied with this product.
I would recommend this to a friend!
