This is the worst piece of junk ever released by Epson. Nothing works. Can't even print on 8 1/2 x 11 paper. Works only on 3x5 and small envelopes. Beware. You'll be sorry if you get this one.

Disappointed

After well fell in love with our 7250 workforce, this was quite a disappointment. The photos have been terrible and recently two of the inks stopped working (and they were brand new cartridges). I am really disappointed with this one. :-(

This machine does everything I want it to and more. I can print from anywhere in the world. I really like that. The only thing I don't like is....not being able to scan more than one copy at a time....a feeder..other than that minor flaw..I would recommend this machine to anyone.

Good value. No big deal but I don't like the paper loading from the front.

This printer is great! As a college student the size and speed is ideal to print out all of my papers and I would definitely recommend this printer to anyone that prints lots of documents. The only down sides is that it can take a little long for the documents to reach the printer via the wifi, but not really a big deal. The ink for this printer is inexpensive which is great!

I love the size and the fact it's wireless. I was a little disappointed that it's really slow printing.

Pros and cons

I had this printer for about 6 months before I had a serious problem with it. It was a great printer up until then. I loved the bluetooth which cut down on all the cords around my desk. It printed beautiful photographs and color documents rich in color and detail and the relatively compact size was a bonus too.
Paper jams were a problem right from the start so I switched to premium paper which I fanned out and leafed through to get some air between the sheets and that helped a little but a really bad paper jam with the best paper I could find did it in. There was no way I could clear the jam myself and had to send it back; still under warranty. Epson sent me another, refurbished printer and I have never been able to get it to print right even after multiple attempts following Epson's written help numerous times and speaking to support on the phone twice. Epson agreed to send me a new double black cartridge which seems to be the problem but they sent the wrong ink (after waiting more than a week to get it) and now I am waiting AGAIN to get the correct cartridge. If that doesn't solve the problem I may have to get the printer replace again which will mean I have been without an office printer for more than a month.
I gave this printer only three stars because while I think it could be an excellent printer for the price, it has had some problems that have cost me efficiency in my work and much frustration, probably not from the printer as much as from the poor support.
