I have never had so many problems with printers till I switched to Epson. Totally unreliable and uses way too much ink just to keep it going. One minute it's printing like no other the next it doesn't recognize thin ink cartridge. Then you have to put in new ink and then clean the print head and that my friends will drain you new ink cartridge dry. I really hated to write this review but I'm totally disappointed with my printers. I bought two of them and they are no good to me because I do a lot of printing on site and these printer have let me down for the last time.
Sorry epson
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I am on my second printer as the first ones black ink "crashed". So they send me a 2nd one and I've had it about 1 hour and printed 3 pages and same exact thing! Cannot believe it. There is a problem with this printer they need to fix. Don't waste your money or you will be wasting LOTS of time calling in with the problems.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I'm completely happy with this purchase. I've had to install this printer 4 times because of the mistake of installing Windows 8... Installation is a breeze, print quality is excellent...!

Have not used all features of this printer yet. Was purchased mainly because of the print to CD/DVD feature. After the learning curve, I am pleased with the appearance of the CD.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Easy Set-Up

This printer was super easy to set up. I set it up over my home's wireless network and had no issues. Haven't tried to set up air print yet but so far, things look good. Seems like a good product.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I have had this printer for less than two months. I have only used it three or four times. It has been nothing but trouble. The instructions are poor. The trays do not fit properly. It only prints sporadically. Now there is a gear that has fallen out of it. As a result it will not load paper at all and is completely useless. Beware of this product!
