Great Compact Printer

I purchased the Epson XP-600 mainly to use with my IPAD. It works great. Easy to set up for wireless and air printing. It is a great printer for the money. Would recommend highly.

Non workable

I just recently purchsed the Espon XP this week and it will not print in black ink. I've tried all the recommended procedures amd not a drop of black ink appears on the paper. I very dissatisfied with this prodict and will be returning it.

Worst experience ever!

I purchased this printer a couple of weeks ago. I am having the worst experience. After the initial installation it worked fine. Since then, every time I take my notebook outside my home (and hence off of the wifi) the *only* way that my notebook (MacBook Pro OS X Lion 10.7.5) would print again is by re-starting my computer and re-installing the printer from the DVD. This is unacceptable!! It is the worst printer I have ever owned!

Ink Cartridge Problems

This printer worked like a charm for several months, then it would not print black. Original Epson ink has only been used in this printer. I replaced the black ink cartridge and it still would not print. Epson sent me a new replacement XP-600. I had 3 black ink cartridges and none worked. Epson sent me a free black cartridge and it worked. Now it won't print magenta.
The bottom line is that I can't depend on this printer. It is of no use to me. The ink is expensive and when it takes 5 or more head cleanings, most of the ink is used.
I would not recommend this product to anyone.

Getting familiar with XP-600

Just finished installing the network XP-600 on both of my computers! Along with my new NX 230 network printer, for general text printing. This XP-600 will allow printing directly to CD/DVD disk. Lost several disk from using paper labels! Appears after a few years, the glue eats through the very thin top of the cd/dvd and destroys the data!
Both printers appear to be doing very well wirelessly from either printer. Will know more when I have put them to normal use.

Costly

Although the original price is great and the print quality is great, the XP-600 printer eats ink. I am a light user. Have not even printed anything in color, but the indicator says I am out of ink after 20-30 copies. The printer also is Wi-Fi, which is great, but the Wi-Fi turns off automatically and has to be turned on again to print from a tablet or smart phone. So printing from another room in your house is a hassle. I would not recommend this printer.

Great Printer

I really love this printer, by using epson paper with the printer the pictures are just perfect. I found using other paper did not result in the same quality so I use only epson paper. The only reason I did not give 5 stars is the price of ink is still to high. This printer has 5 cartridges and gets pricey to replace. But I definitely would recommend this printer to anyone. Love printing from my tablet to the wireless printer.
