Directions for set up were clear and easy to follow - with side by side instructions for Mac and Windows.

EASY SETUP

The printer setup was very easy and connected to my secure wifi without any issues. I didn't have to disable my virus protection while installing as was suggested in the instruction.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I think I will like the printer but on installation the software rendered my Office Word and Excel inoperable. Took me quite a while to deal with this and restore my Office products. Had to disable some of your add-ins which takes away some of the features / functionality of the WF 3520 printer. What's up with that?
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

It was very easy to set up. I like the fact that the printer almost works itself (the monitor tells you each step to complete your task).
I would recommend this to a friend!
