Purchased to use mainly in a home but is also used for business. The wireless set up was easy to install on four laptops. Having the wireless feature eliminates carrying the laptops to a printer to plug it in. Also like the remote printing feature when I am away from home. One reason for purchasing was to be able to do 2-sided printing and this has saved a lot of paper. Best part no paper jams like on other printers. Used scanner feature and that is quick and easy also. Only disappointments are wish it printed 2-sided a little quicker (but it is faster than previous printers) and the fact that I had to replace black ink cartridge after only 10 days.
I would recommend this to a friend!

We are very pleased with our new printer. We didn't have the 2-sided feature on our other printer & is one of the reasons why we got this one. We also like the large paper drawer.

I love the wireless comm. However it did not like the other older computer. I like the double sided option but does not work for every doc. I like the separate ink cartridges for each color and the black replacement was double size and easy to replace. I think I have used all 5 modes. The directions on the use of buttons I'm still getting clued in on. I have not used the print from thumb drive nor printing pictures on picture paper. I does hold a lot of paper.

WokForce-3520 Great Product

We are extremely happy with our new WorkForce 3520. This is the second WorkForce product we have purchased. This one is the higher level model and it is even better than the first one. It is very user friendly, easy to install, it is full of useful features, and the quality of the prints is exceptional. We would certainly recommend this printer/fax/copy machine to any one looking for a multi-use unit.

Ease of use. Extremely easy to set up. As Soon as set up was able to print from my PC laptop, 2 iPhones and 2 iPads at home. Scans to my computer without problems, everything wireless.

The best printer I've ever had. No miss-feeds, excellent color, easy to use and refill paper. The best feature is the wireless printing. We print from our laptop form any room in the house, and from our iPhone. Awesome!

The WF-3520 All in One Printer is amazing. I have been impressed with the flexibility with witch I can scan multiple page documents to email or a local machine. Also, the WF-3520 is very efficient on ink consumption while maintaining excellent print quality.

The WF3520 is easy to use and prints pictures well. Only problem I still have is receiving FAXES. I followed all the directions from your rep but still have a problem. As soon as I can I will call your tech people again.
