The printer seems to be of excellent quality overall, but be very careful when installing it. If you run Office 2013, like I do, make sure to un-check the box (it is pre-checked) during the install that asks if you want to integrate Office w/ FineReader. This causes Office 2013 to basically stop working the moment you open any document in Word or Excel. Luckily, even if you already integrated, the fix is easy, just unistall FineReader & re-install, making sure to un-check the box this time. I did it, & everything seems o be working great for me. Took me 30 minutes waiting to reach Epson Support, who promptly cut me off. Luckily, bout 10 minute into my next call wait, I realized the problem was w/ the Abbyy software & got through to their support & had the issue resolved in maybe 10 minutes total. So, like I said, a quality printer, but WATCH OUT for that software issue.

It took a while to set up but, finally figured it out. Needs to be more user friendly. It prints great and the capability of wireless printing is fantastic. I would recommend this printer to my friends and relatives. The price was great and I was informed from other computer users that epson was a great choice.

This is my 3rd Epson printer, and when this one dies, I will purchase a 4th. For the cost of this class of model, the longivity & performance is exceptional. The ink consumption is very conservatice as well.
Having used several other popular brands in the past and always being dissapointed, ususally sooner than later, Epson has turned out to be a superior product.

UNHAPPY

Over the years I have always had Epson printers and when I needed a new one I just bought another one. I got the WF-3520 all in one printer. I wish I had my old one back again! The screens are so confusing and since you don't get an owner's manual its hard to figure out how to do things. I went on line and could print out the manual but it was several HUNDRED pages long!!!! I printed out one letter and then when I tried to print another one it said I had a paper jam! There is NO jam so I will have to call for service tomorrow. I am a very unhappy customer!

I love the new printer! I had a workforce 610 that died; but loved having the wifi capability and the ability to replace only the ink that was used instead of an entire cartridge - so I knew i had to replace it with another Epson printer. Easy to set up, use to fax, copy and scan - great printer!

WiFi set up still not working. Seems impossible giving up after 4 hours and I am a Network Admin that reads the manuals. Epson's installation app is suppose to detect the wifi printer and never does.

It was a very easy hookup. I had no trouble using this printer. It was very fast and complete. I like the feature of feeding the paper 3 different ways. I havenot hooked up the fax machine yet. I also like the way it came with its own ink. It has its own telephone line for faxing ! Light in weight not as heavy as my Epson Stylus.
