I am somewhat pleased with the Epson Workforce WF-3520 All-in-one-printer. The instructions aren't clear for operating the printer, scanning is easy once you figure it out. I do like the duplex feature and the choice between ADF and flatbed. Haven't figured out how to copy 8 1/2 by 14 documents. I'm not impressed with the way it prints photos or text documents. The black cartridge doesn't last long at all. I would recommend it but it wouldn't be my first choice.

WF-3520 - great hardware

I have had many brands of printers, but only EPSON seems to get it right with a balance of good performance, print quality, and operating costs.
This WF 3520 is nice hardware- very quick to print and speedy at 2-sided printing. It is also quiet in operation and starts up quickly without a lot of obnoxious noises like many other printers.
The software is a bit hard to get installed,if you have had other EPSON printer installed to your PC/Mac, I would suggest that you install all previous EPSON software and drivers before you attempt software installation for this new printer.

I installed by downloading the drivers. Why include the CD it does not work!! Also I eventually found the USB connection. It's a good location not stuck behind the printer but.... No mention anywhere in the quick guide. Otherwise smooth sailing. My first nonHP printer.. so this better work.

We purchased the WF 3520 on 1/14/13. It was very easy to install and it works very well with my Bonic and my ipad3. I can print wireless from my front room to my office were the printer is located. Also our Granddaughter can print from her bedroom if needed for homework I would say so far this does the job we were looking for in a wireless printer

Epson Products Our 1st Choice

When we needed a new printer, we chose Epson because we had such a good experience with our previous Epson printer. What I like about the new Epson we just bought is the ease of set up, how fast it prints and the option to print double sided. We operate a business from our home, and this printer fits our needs.

Paper feed

I don't like the way you have to close the paper out tray in order to fill the paper feed tray. So when I am going to print a picture I have to close the out tray open the in tray put in my photo paper close that tray open the out tray. Pint the photo and start all over again. Also you can only print 2/ 4x6 photo's on a 8x10 sheet of paper. That is a lot of wasted paper!!! I like the quality of the photos.
