Boggy Software

I consider myself computer savvy, have 3 Wi-Fi enabled TVs in my house. Despite this unable to set-up the printer Wi-Fi. Despite typing correct password, the printer unable to connect to Wi-Fi. I read a lot of complaints online about the same problem Buyer beware. The interface to the printer is at least 5 years behind industry standards., pre-iphone / Android area, where touchscreen became synanomous with user friendly. Also their usotmer support is not open on Sunday, and only during normal business hours

Printer is difficult to set-up. It does not come with the necessary cables to connect the printer with the computer.

Brand new. We use this for our business. Constant paper jams are very frustrating. Blurred copies also. Can't print more than 5 in a row without the above happening. Wifi and fax won't connect. Reinstalled program. Very disappointed.

I think I made a mistake buying this printer. I needed a printer that had the back feed option, but there are no instructions for using the feed hole and I discovered when I set it up that there is NO TRAY FOR PAPER IN THE reaf of the printer. Any "thru & thru" printed must be a hand feed situation! The instructions that came say you must look for the instruction for back feed printing online somewhere, but I have yet to find them.

we purchased this printer because of high reviews. quality of printing is very good, until we had to replace the ink cartridges. I purchase genuine Epson ink, 126, recommended. (it came with 124). after installing the ink cartridges, it said it did not recognize the ink. I cant clean the heads or even just print in black. it wont do anything. I purchased brand new cartridges, same error message. this is a piece of junk. back to HP for me.
