I am very pleased with my Epson printer. It was very easy to set up and it looks attractive in my study. It is quieter and faster than my last printer. The print quality is good and I like the features. It is a plus to my business and personal needs.
I would recommend this to a friend!

If you are not good at diagnosing computer or printer set up problems than you should probably get a tech person to set it up for you. Most wireless printers after you put in the driver disk are all ready to go but not this printer. This printer doesn't tell you it needs more until you try to wirelessly scan something to your computer where it falls flat on its face. If you have windows 8 just don't bother; because I have been unable to get WSD to work on my laptop yet and it is what makes scans work apparently.
If you want easy this is not for you.

Empty ink cartridges

I boudght this Epson printer and just finished set-up for wi-fi with my computer. I tried it for a test print and then a message appeared that I need to do head cleaning. I ran the cartridge head cleaning then tried to print. Another message said that the black cartridge is empty and it needs to be replaced. I restart both the printer and my computer but nothing I can do unless I replace the black cartridge which I didn't have it. This is awful I have NOT printed a signle page, but the cartridge was empty!!! The color cartridge are each have about a quarter of ink left. Very disapointed, I have owned several Epson printers in the past and nothing like this. Prepared to get extra ink cartridges if you want to buy this printer.

The printer has jambed several times. It says it can't recognize the ink cartridges. Same old problems as always with these printers. No way to fix them. I do every thing it says to make it work and nothing.

Abusive User Interface

The Epson WF 3520 tends to do what it wants, not what I want..
Today's current example is trying for 3 hours to print a pdf document in grayscale from Adobe Reader in Mac OSX. The result is a pink and white document.
The users guide and other online help were not helpful in this instance.
For me, this printer is a headache maker not a productivity enhancer.

not exactly MAC friendly

basic setup is easy until you need to insert the disk. It wasn't recognized by OS X, so I had to push the draconian hard eject button to get it out, then hunt for the download. There are special downloads required for the scanner and fax. I've had better installations before.

Easy set up

I can't really attest to how well the printer works but the set up to wireless has been absolutely flawless. For those complaining about the set up being difficult, I don't see how you can go wrong if you follow the instructions - this from a 59-year-old who isn't that swift at setting things up!

What an easy setup

I am not all the techno savvy, but this printer was ultra easy to setup and to connect to my wyfii. I haven't owned an Epson printer in quite a few years; however, I am very pleasantly surprised with the ease of setting it up and and with the quality of print. I was able to scan documents easily. I haven't tried photo printing yet; I'll have to come back to let everyone know how that turns out.
