Never fails; awesome tools

Yes, the WF-3520 is old in Printer-years. We have never had a more reliable full function remote access, wireless, business and personal AIO printer. The scan utility allows continuous storing of docs that can then be shredded. Updates are easily installed as we're notified. We Don't know how many 10's of thousands of pages have been printed over its stay, yet never a jam. The Android remote app is the final seal of approval. We look forward to getting it a helpmate in its old age with the new Ink-well Epson's.

Printer Performs Poorly

I have owned this printer since April 2013. It performs very poorly, printing green stripes every time an image prints. I have followed all guidlines for cleaning and aligning the print head, but nothing corrects the problem.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Sorry I purchased

I purchased the WF 3520 after having the WF 635 for a few years. Worst possible decision. Within this ONE month I have called Tech support no less than 3 times as well as emailed hoping to get to someone that can make this thing work. First, during initial installation Epson Connect failed to find the printer and I had to download drivers from website. It prints, then it doesn't, I have removed and reinstalled more times than I want to count. I was told it's my router (same router used with previous model). Lastly, my 2 laptops are unable to find it to Add Printer. Even after downloading drivers to them they will not print to printer.
If you purchase and at the first sign of trouble, return before the store return policy expires.

Don't update firmware

I bought this printer which is a decent printer in my private office. I use it wirelessly. One day an Epson recommended update came up for firmware. I followed the directions and the firmware update failed and fried my printer. Epson was good with sending me a new printer and taking the old. Well it just happned to my new printer and I will see if Epson will once again follow thru with getting me another. I will never buy this model again, because you shouldn't be scared to update firmware.

Good when it works

After reading the good reviews, I was excited to get this printer. It works sometimes but not consistently. I tried using a USB cable and had issues so switched to wireless with the same issues. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling but that has not fixed the problem. I'm done with this one.

I purchased the WF-3520 today, making the decision based on the good product reviews and the features that I need. It was very easy to set up, but the paper feed does not work well. I've been unable to run a test print page or test copy.
I keep getting a paper jam message, with instructions "Remove the rear cover and any jammed paper." I have not found a paper jam anywhere in the unit. I have spent the past 45 minutes trouble-shooting. Honestly, Epson, I really wanted to like this unit, but I need a printer that works well right out of the box.
