I was pleasantly surprised with the ease and functionality of this printer. We run XP, Vista, and Windows 7, plus iOS for iPods , iPhones etc. everything prints to this with no problems. Setup was easy and quick. I had been using hp with nothing but problems for the last couple of years. I would definitely recommend this printer

Not very useful or practical

Repeated error messages that unit is not connected to computer--it is.
Scan software fails to initialize. Scanning is agonizingly slow, pauses, frequent pop ups that state it is warming up. Software does not play well with other programs such as Paperport.
Menu is not intuitive, and there seems to be pieces of the set up missing--e.g., easily toggling between 1-2 page printing, BW and Color, etc.
Does not work well with Vonage for faxing (but states that in manual).
More aggravating than helpful.

Does Not Work With Windows 7 and Office 2007

When I try to install this machine on the laptop (Windows 7 and Office 2007) that my children use for their homework it crashes the computer and neither Office nor the printer will work.
It does work with my other laptop (Windows 8 and Office 7) which means that after the children are finished with their homework I have to print in out from a flash drive.
If this was not finals week at school I would have returned the printer for another manufacture’s printer. But I had to use it last night to print out many different school assignments.

I purchased this printer for picture printing. It has done a wonderful job. One big plus it's not a ink gussler. Easy setup. Would recommend this product. Give a 90% rating.

WF-3520 All-in-One Printer

I bought this printer because it was cheaper than new ink cartridges for my old printer, which was not out of ink, but would not print due to "expired" cartridges. After setting this up on my wireless network, which was very easy, all I can say is THANK YOU High Priced EXPIRED CARTRIDGES.
First this is smaller, quieter, and a lot faster than the printer it replaced. The print quality is very clear, clean, and crisp. Pictures print perfectly from PC's or directly from my smartphone using the Epson app. Documents can also print directly from my tablet or smartphone while at home or over the internet. Pictures can also be printed from the built in card readers or using the USB port. A storage drive can be shared across a network using the USB port and is easier and faster than accessing another computer.
Although I have received a few Faxes I use the scanning with digital filing to attach documents to email for sending, which automatically saves a printable copy of the document. The ADF's duplex feature, along with Scan to PC, make filing documents easy and efficient.
The printer has a duplexer to save paper, and so far it has worked flawlessly. It also has a rear paper feed to print on longer sheets of paper and to feed envelopes.
Copies are true to the original colors, which brings me back to the ink. The Epson ink is of high quality and produces excellent pictures. The printer utilizes four separate ink cartridges, each available in two sizes, 126 & 127. Because Epson respects retailers and does not overload their valuable floor space with hundreds of ink cartridges, I can literally walk to the corner store and purchase a new ink cartridge for this All-In-One. That alone makes this a truly great purchase.
Overall I was impressed by the quality, features, and excellent value of the Epson WF-3520.

Bad paper handling

Would be a great printer if it did not grab 3 or more sheets at one time. Happens every time I print more than one page at a time. Very annoying
