This printer has everything I has looking for! It has made my student life so much easier with the airprint and the remote print options. I really, really love it!

Since I bought this printer for my small business and a lot of people will use it, I compared it to other similarly priced printers and choose this one because it was the sturdiest.
I was able to go through the entire installation process successfully - the first try - without having to call in help from any techie friends.
The printer is working great and is the fastest we have had. Details are sharp and clear. Color is great. It has carried out all functions without any glitches.
I especially like the drawer for paper. It looks neater and more professional than when the paper supply is clearly visible.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Printer found on web review of all makes and models that met my home printing requirements and having positive customer feedback. I ordered the unit over the phone from Epson customer service because I had a few tech/shipping questions to ask before I committed to a specific model.
Customer service representitive, after a very short wait on hold, answered all my questions and took my order in a courteous, professional manner. Printer arrived well packaged, in perfect condition and within 2 days of ordering.
Written setup instructions were very clear and quite intuitive.
Software driver loading via enclosed CD was smooth except for an error message that stayed up continually over the installation window warning that the installation was not complete due to error. I reset several times, and then ignored the warning, allowing the drivers to load at their own pace. Installation was finally reported as complete and a test of the printer showed that everything worked.
Print speed is three or four times faster than my previous printer for B&W text, and print and scan quality is excellent.
Paper capacity is much greater than my previous printer.
After using the printer for my limited requirements for only a day, I am very satisfied with its performance, appearance, and ease of use.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Excellent Printer

Have been using printer for a couple of weeks and love it. Was very easy to install but did have to try twice before I realized that a download was loading to update the printer configuration - a small detail left out of the quick instructions. I ended up turning off the printer before it was finished and then when I turned it on again it finished and connected to my wireless router just fine and I did not have to connect with a USB cable either. Am sure I will continue enjoying it!!

I think I'm really going to like the Epson. The setup was easy. I use a lot of red ink for our business and having primary color ink cartridges and the black will save money. I've already had to use the fax, it was so simple. My old printer was a real pain. I constantly had to download drivers, the color cartridge would run out of red and I had to buy a whole new cartridge.

This printer is easy to install. Had to go to the Epson support site to get the Windows 8 files and it was an easy process.
Everything works great but I have not tried the FAX yet. I don't have much need for FAX but expect it to work as well.
It is a bit loud but can be selected for much quieter operation but at a slower speed.
Wakes up on its own and the wifi was easy to set up.
A good buy for a personal printer.
I would recommend this to a friend!
