This is the second Epson printer I have purchased. The first one still works but wanted one with WiFi. The set up was super easy and since I am not tech savvy and have limited patience, that is saying a lot.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Gret quality but operationally I always get and extra sheet of blank paper and a communication error everytime I try to print from my pc. Very annoying

Great for home office and personal use

I really like this printer, scanner, copier. I haven't used the fax. My only challenge with this printer is that it doesn't allow me to save a scanned document directly to my computer as a .pdf file.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Networking problems

This printer has worked very well for over a year. I experienced a problem when I unplugged my router to reset it due to other problems. After resetting my router, my WF-3520 printer would not respond. I downloaded the "complete Printer package" software, but this would not install properly - error message "could not find printer driver" I Un-installed every program associated with Epson and Seiko - tried to reinstall - no help. After 15 to 20 hours of trying to get it to work, no help. The scanner would scan properly, but no print capabilities. I finally downloaded an earlier print driver only (no full package) and that does work. The WIN-10 package seems to be a bad download. I'm using WIN-10 64bit on a Lenovo laptop.

New Installation Experience

I believe this model Epson printer is a recent market offering, so little customer feedback, or professional reviews are available. The printer (or all-in-one) is new to me and I can report that its installation was flawless following the quick setup directions. This includes finding and installing my home wireless (router) connection. The firmware is slightly pokey to load both from the CD and the automatic update performed via the web. The few test graphics and text prints I've tried are speedy and gorgeous. Noise level, qualitatively, is moderate. The printer's LCD interface is very easy to use and I especially like the separate easy access (top) loader for envelopes and other special media. The feature it doesn't have is direct printing on CD/DVDs - but this is not critical for my use. So what's left (unknown) is reliability in day-to-day use. Epson claims enhanced durability for this model, but they give no details of engineering or design which makes this new all-in-one product more "rugged". In any case, over all value and design appear excellent.

Installation Disc

The printer is fine but the installation disc did not work. Had to download from the web. Duplex copying did not work but duplex printing did.

After many years of being a loyal HP customer, I decided to try this printer after reading the reviews. It's an excellent printer with many capabilities. Very easy to set up and print wirelessly. Easy to scan to your email with this printer. Just what I was looking for. I'm using with a brand new Mac Book Pro and iPhone 5 and iPad 2. All work flawlessly with this printer. Overall great buy. Plan on getting another for the office.
