Fast and Easy

The easiest technical product I've ever installed. Relatively quiet operation and prints faster than a speeding bullet. The print quality exceeds expectations and the WiFi operation works as well as if it were wired.

Simple to set up. Unable to scan 5 documents into 1 scan. Scan goes to a drive that I am unable to access when on cloud, so it is ineffective for work

Easy set-up

This printer replaced a 5 year-old Epson WF 610 that gave up the paper feed. It's more robust than the slightly cheaper WF-2530 and -2540 I was considering. Set-up was very quick, easy to follow both the quick guide and the manual. If you've installed a printer anywhere else, it's intuitive, very simple, and the LCD screen walks you through efficiently; it's not a complete touch screen, the LCD is just a display, and the adjacent commands are touch-sensitive. Only complaint: gray scale is very light, not worth using, so its utility as an ink-saver is lost.

Set up was difficult

I may love the printer in the future but after spending 3 hours trying to get it set up I just think it could be simpler. It was frustrating.

Pretty good printer

The WF-3520 is new to me and I have some more to learn about it. The printer it is replacing is a cx8400. I have had it for 6 or 8 years and it has been a good one. I don't think the print speed or quality is any better with the 3520 than it was with the CX8400 but I hope it will be.. I like the larger paper tray and its location. I also like the supply paper laying flat rather than near vertical on the 8400. The documentation that is supplied with the 3520 is very basic. It leaves a lot to be desired. It will get you going but there are a lot of hidden mysteries that are not covered. I followed the quick start guide and it took off and worked as it was supposed too right from the git go. Nothing is mentioned about the "maintenance Box". It is the little dump tank that has to be replaced when the chip says to replace it. Nothing is mentioned about the rear paper insertion chute either.

very professional in use. Easy to use. Quality good. Ink doesn't smudge if touched as soon as it prints. Scanning, copying, and printing double sided documents is quick and easy. Cuts down on office time.

Great Printer - Scanner
on August 3, 2014

I'll repeat, this is a great printer, scanner. I don't use the fax portion; I don't have a land line.
The unit is a bit on the large size and is somewhat "clunky", if you're attempting to use custom paper sizes ( as in crafting, or card making).
I use the WF 3520 as strictly a wireless printer and scanner, it works very well; doesn't lose the wi-fi signal, works with my desktop, several laptops and a Kindle. It prints very clearly on both the written word and produces great photos.
Another important consideration, it doesn't "eat" ink!
All in all I'd recommend the WF 3520!

The Best of the Best, in the all in one Class!

The WF-3520 All in one Ink Jet printer, is the class of the best of the best, because of it's easy set up features and low space requirement, easy paper loading and fax setup system the best thing is how quit it is when printing at it's top end speed.
