Print good - Fax worthless
on August 4, 2013

While this model prints quickly and clearly, the fax function is terrible. It doesn't recognize the distinctive ring feature on my telephone system like my old Epson did. No matter how I set the number of rings before answering, it will answer in the middle of a conversation with the shrill beeps and whistles. I've finally just turned off the fax answer option. I wouldn't buy it again!

Great printer

Love the speed, the ease of two-sided printing (push a button), the quality, the different options. Copying, scanning and other features are perfect for a home office of a writer/editor. It's compact (fits in a closet), quick and quiet, with very little vibration, unlike my previous printer.

A Great Product

I have chosen the Epson WF-3520 All-In-One to give me the performance and reliability I need for day to day printing and scanning, in my home office. My choice was based upon Epson's reputation for quality and reliability. I have been using the unit now for two or three months now, and I am very satisfied. The printing is fast and the output is crisp and very legible. The color operations are equally as fast and satisfactory. The scanner is also a breeze to use, both from the built-in control panel, and the software package included with the unit. I would reccommend this unit to all of you who want good performance at a reasonable cost.

Exceeds Expectations - iMac Installation

Great MFP. Very easy to set up - from box to full network operation in less than 30 minutes on an iMac. Love the AirPrint feature for iPhone and iPad. I recommend deleting your previous printer driver from your system prior to installing the software for this unit.
Output quality is what I expected from an inkjet MFP -- perfect for personal use. The Duplexer is an unexpected feature at this price point. All in all a winner -- I'm very satisfied with my purchase.

Epson 3520 Delivers As Promised
on August 8, 2013

The salesman was very knowledgeable. Pointed out features and advantages. After multiple set-up struggles with another brand, the Epson disk had it up and running in a short time. One catch; to set-up wireless access, a USB cable is required but not supplied. Discovery come 1/2 way through set-up. Working great with faster speeds and good print results.

The printer suprised with it's print speed. I am used to printers of pedestrian speed, and this was refreshingly fast. The software made installation so easy just about anyone could it.

Prints great, fast. No problems. Print look great.
Directions for use a little hard at first, but finally got it. BUT, when setting up, if you try to enter your password on their keyboard, and it doesn't work after dozens of times, and you are frustrated cause you know you entered it right, read carefully the print panel red letter/number selection– it automatically has you set to ALL CAPS!!! once you deselect that...bet your password works!!

so far so great

I've just finished with the initial set-up of my epson printer. Very straight forward, is the best way to describe that experience. I believe the ink cartridges are normal size. Not the typical starter packs with hardly any ink in them so you have to go and purchase replacement cartridges right away. At least that is what the staples saleman led me to believe. I hope that's the case. The wireless set-up was also a breeze. the initial test copies were very quick and colorful. So far so great. The price was the best point to be had. And two-sided copies.
Thanks Epson.
