The machine worked great for first few months. Then, like my other Epson printer; paper started jamming.
Followed instructions on how to fix it on web, etc. Nothing works. Something about an arm in machine being not perpendicular. Waste of money.
Very frustrated.

Great Printer

I have owned this printer for over 5 years and have not experienced any problems. It is a shared unit in a home office and my daughters prints a lot for her students.
I did break the duplex unit through my own fault. Purchased a replacement part and the unit is again going strong.
Over the years I have had many different brand printers but this Epson is by far, the best unit I have ever had.
I would recommend this to a friend!

No better printer/scanner and fax. I have own over 25 printer and for the money no way you could go wrong the quality is good and the cost is minimal. I have printed somewhere 20,000 black-white and color sheets with no problem at all.

This is a good printer - I have used it to print and scan many times with no issues at all. Also have wireless printing set up on one laptop and it works well.

Great All-In-One

Excellent quality prints. Much faster than CX 7800. Very disappointed in cost and availability of larger ink replacements---all must be purchased separately. Epson's ink cartridge policy sucks! They will not let you return any unused cartridge for your old printer that is more than 30 days old. Finally, they are really ripping us off by having only larger replacement cartridges for the WF 3620 available individually. So much for treatment of loyal customers!

I love that I can print Greeting Cards.
My only problem is red ink always has to be cleaned, which wastes ink.
