We purchased this printer because our previous Epson printer bit the dust. I wasn't looking for a professional-type replacement but the price was too good to pass up. So far it has proved worth every penny and more. I don't use the fax feature but it's nice to have it if I need it. No paper jams! No double pieces going thru & wasting paper! More than satisfactory!

I have been using this printer for several months now and couldn't be happier with it. Prints rapidly and is fairly conservative on ink. 2-sided printing is simple and doesn't require extra space in the rear of the printer. Only issue I have is the scanner software which could have a better interface and controls. Printer drivers and software are great for the actual printer using Windows 7.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Recently purchased. This Epson printer is a solid product...fax, document feeder and copying from the platen have all performed well. Prints quickly...the wireless is easy to set up. Holds up to 250 sheets in the paper tray. Only area I haven't had experience with yet is the yield of printer ink per page printed. Would recommend this product!

DIDN'T TAKE BUT A FEW MINUTES TO SET IT UP WITH MY COMPUTER VIA WiFi AND START PRINTING GREAT COPIES.
YES I WOULD RECOMEND THIS MODEL TO SOMEONE. HAVE HAD IT FOR A FEW MONTHS NOW WITH "NO PROBLEMS"!!! Smiles!!

Great Printer

I only had this printer a few months and decided to change printers. It worked fine and was easy to set up and print was great and fast. I opted for the new print XP-820 because at times when I am at work, I need to print something and this printer does the job great.
