So Happy!

Installation and set up were simple, fast, almost idiot proof. That is a great start. The app for my phone was just as easy to work with and it is such a delight to be able to print photos I need without saving them to my phone or PC if I don't want to do that. Love the paper tray - last couple of printers I've had didn't have internal trays, the paper went into a slot on the top. Maybe it's me, but that seemed to lead to a lot of mis-feeds and paper jams. Only been up and running for two days .... but I have a feeling this is the start of a great experience.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Changing Ink Cartridges

The printer has performed to my expectations and is user friendly. The one negative experience I had was related to changing the ink cartridges. When changing the cartridges for the first time, new black cartridges were inserted twice with no positive results. Documents would not print in black ink. Before returning the printer and after reading the instructions and randomly finding the instructions on cleaning the printer head, the decision was made to clean the printer head twice. At that point, the document printed in black ink. Needless to say we were very relieved to not have to return the printer - but we were in the process of looking for the receipt and original box. Is this common?

Used for everyday home printing, so far works ok but a little slow when making copies. Refurb unit for a low price good for those who just need basics

I love the way this prints I have had many Epson printers but this one is so easy to load the paper and easy to use. Just love it.

Great printer - fast

The setup was very easy
The printer looks great and the front panel is very easy to use
The printer prints very fast
The scanning is great! you can scan to sd card, usb or to a computer, you can choose output to jpeg, pdf, you can also email (we scanned to usb), it was very fast

I DO NOT KNOW HOW MUCH I REALLY LIKE THIS PRINTER AS OF NOW, BUT I CAN SAY THAT THE SETUP AND TESTING WAS VERY EASY. LOOKS PROMISING.

This Is The One!

Don't pass this unit by. Many years ago (at least 20+) had an Epson, it was great then, but somehow, I got steered to another brand. That was my loss, This little unit was so easy to set up, great Quick Start instructions, first sheet printed was very crisp and clear.
